STOP SWITCH FOR WIND TURBINE GENERATORS

This stop switch uses a heavy duty toggle switch to stop wind turbines by shorting the wind turbines DC positive and negative wires together. When the Stop Switch is in the “RUN” position, the wind turbine DC positive wire is connected to the battery bank and charging your battery.When the Stop Switch is in the “BRAKE” position, the wind turbine DC positive wire is connected (shorted to) the wind turbine DC negative wire. You can think of this as an “on”/”off” switch except that in this case it is a “RUN”/”BRAKE” switch.
